Position Purpose and Summary
The Head Coach – Disc Golf position will be in charge of all aspects of the disc golf team from recruitment, to scholarships, to training, to trip planning, budget management and fundraising. The head coach position is committed to holistic development in line with the Complete Champion Approach.

Athlete Recruitment

Source student athletes from all around the world and have them register at TWU.

Scholarships

Decide the appropriate scholarship amount for each athlete while staying on budget.

Training
-
Coordinate all training sessions for athletes. This includes working with the strength and conditioning and therapy teams.

Trip Planning

Plan and attend all team trips as they relate to team tournaments.

Budget Management

Plan and execute needed fundraising to support and meet budget requirements.

- Demonstrated team builder, good communicator, knowledge of disc golf, ability to motivate and teach.
