Overview We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and support enterprise IT infrastructure, network security, cloud services, and business applications. The role requires strong expertise in network security, server administration, cloud platforms, and IT operations management . The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems , while leading IT teams and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities; Network, Security & Firewall Management

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sophos Firewalls and Palo Alto Firewalls.
• Manage VPN solutions including Global Protect, site-to-site VPN, and remote access VPN.
• Implement and maintain firewall policies, NAT, IPS/IDS, URL filtering, and application control.
• Manage and secure Sophos Access Points and enterprise Wi-Fi networks.
• Monitor security incidents, logs, alerts, and vulnerabilities and take preventive actions.
• Ensure network uptime, performance optimization, and secure connectivity across locations.

Server, Domain & Infrastructure Management

• Administer Windows Server 2022 infrastructure, including:

– Active Directory (AD)

– DNS and DHCP

– Group Policy Objects (GPO)

– File and Print services

• Manage Active Directory Domain Services, user lifecycle, access control, and security policies.
• Ensure high availability, backup, disaster recovery, and patch management.
• Perform server performance tuning, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades.

Cloud & Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage Microsoft 365 / Office 365, including:

– Exchange Online

– Email security, anti-spam, and anti-phishing policies

– License, mailbox, and user management

• Administer Microsoft Azure, including:

– Azure AD (Entra ID)

– Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

– Azure virtual machines and cloud resources

• Implement secure identity management and cloud governance policies.

Endpoint & MDM Management

• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions such as Microsoft Intune or equivalent platforms.
• Enforce device compliance policies, security baselines, and remote device management.
• Oversee endpoint security, patching, monitoring, and IT asset tracking.
• Ensure secure device onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop and maintain automation using:

– PowerShell for Windows, AD, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments

– Bash / Zsh scripting for Linux and macOS systems

• Automate repetitive IT administrative tasks, monitoring, and reporting.
• Improve operational efficiency through scripting and automation best practices.

Applications & Business Tools

• Administer and support Odoo ERP and Zoho applications.
• Integrate Odoo and Zoho systems with email platforms, authentication services, and IT workflows.
• Provide technical support for business applications and ensure system reliability.

IT Operations & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage IT support, systems, and network teams.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate IT staff while setting performance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, cloud providers, and security partners.
• Manage IT assets, renewals, licenses, contracts, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, IT policies, documentation, and SLAs.
• Ensure IT compliance, audits, and adherence to industry best practices.

Project Management, Strategy & Budgeting

• Lead strategic IT initiatives including:

– Infrastructure upgrades

– System migrations

– Cloud adoption

– Security implementations

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement planning, and vendor negotiations.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for technology investments.
• Align IT strategy with business growth and organizational objectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Education Qualification & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field . Relevant certifications in network security, cloud platforms, or system administration will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud administration.
• Proven experience in managing enterprise networks, servers, and security systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and enterprise firewall solutions.
• Strong leadership experience managing IT teams and vendors.
