Description
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed cost estimates for building construction projects.
- Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate project planning.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing for project bids.
- Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing structures.
- Assist in the development and improvement of estimating processes and tools.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on cost-related matters.

Profile
A successful Senior Estimator - Buildings Construction should have:
- Proven experience in ICI GC side ground-up estimating for building projects valued between $10M and $80M in scope with experience in design build projects.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and market costs.
- Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
