OLIO BAYFIELD & CAPTAIN HARRY'S BAYFIELD

The gig: The restaurant and patio are packed, the tickets are flying, and you?re in the zone. You?re fast, you?re clean, and you take pride in every plate that leaves the window. This isn?t fine dining fuss ? it?s food done right, and you?re the engine behind it.
What you?ll do:
- Execute menu items with speed, consistency, and quality every single service
- Prep ingredients, manage your station, and keep the line organized
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards ? no shortcuts
- Communicate with the front-of-house team on timing and specials
- Support inventory management and flag shortages before they become problems
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and ready for the next rush
- Adapt on the fly ? busy nights don?t wait for you to catch up
- When the front-of-house is slammed, you?re aware.
- Every job is everyone?s job ? including yours, even if it?s not in the kitchen
What you bring:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience in a restaurant setting is an asset
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to get one immediately)
- You work clean, fast, and with zero ego
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Team player ? the kitchen doesn?t run on one person, and neither does the restaurant
- Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- You show up ready. Every. Single. Shift
- You?re willing to jump out of your role when the team needs you
