Our company is seeking an Associate Manager, Solutions to join our dynamic team. As the Associate Manager, Solutions, you will work closely with both Orchard clients and internal teams, overseeing key elements of the client experience, and synthesizing interactions across Orchard’s internal departments. You will be responsible for providing a centralized, solutions based voice in support of the Relationship Management team and supervising the comprehensive onboarding process, focusing on a positive first experience for clients. In addition, you will ensure a continued, positive client experience around all operational questions and concerns. This is a highly responsible role that requires proactive problem solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a love for all types of music.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary representative of Orchard’s administrative teams (including legal, finance, and operations) to Orchard clients, addressing issues, gathering feedback, and advocating for client needs within the organization
- Main point of contact for questions pertaining to all operational functions across the organization, serving as a focal point of information and defining internal processes and procedures
- Work closely with relationship management and rights management teams verifying release metadata compliance and changes to release statuses, including deletions and pricing adjustments.
- Advise on client product logistics and operations and manage complex digital release set-ups in accordance with label and campaign specified needs.
- Focus on clear, solution based responses to internal and external queries regarding client questions
- Understand how to troubleshoot problems effectively and identify the right teams to interact with in order to get reliable solutions and answers
- Ability to handle high volume inbound needs from labels and ensure they are being addressed in a timely manner
Who You Are:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the music industry
- Patient and empathetic
- Effective communicator on phone, email, and in person
- Resourceful, problem solver, and takes initiative - an expert and motivated troubleshooter
- Multi-tasker with supreme attention to detail, follow-through and effective prioritization
- Prior experience with CRMs preferred, but not required
- Bilingual- English/French- is an asset

Nestled in the heart of Celbridge, The Orchard is more than just a retail destination, it’s a place steeped in history, nurtured with passion, and rooted in a love of nature and design. Since opening our gates in 1987, we’ve grown from a humble garden centre into one of Ireland’s finest destinations for home, garden and outdoor living.
The Orchard stands on what was once part of the historic St. Wolstan’s estate. Originally a five-acre walled Victorian orchard, the site was cleverly designed to grow fruit and vegetables for the estate’s grand houses, featuring an ingenious heating system built into the brick walls to protect delicate plants from frost. Remnants of this innovation still remain today, linking our past with our present.
Our story began in 1983, when founder and Managing Director, Gerry Dooley, first laid eyes on the overgrown and long-neglected orchard. A horticulturist by trade and a plant lover at heart, Gerry saw not just what was there, but what could be. With vision, dedication and a passion for quality, The Orchard began trading in 1987 from a modest shop set within an old tomato house.
As our loyal community of customers grew, so did we. In 2004, we embarked on a major redevelopment, culminating in the opening of our stunning glass building in 2006, a modern architectural gem inspired by the Victorian glasshouses of old. This computer-controlled, climate-managed space houses an ever-evolving collection of premium homewares, lifestyle pieces, and garden solutions.
Today, The Orchard is proud to stock some of the finest brands in home and garden. From timeless interiors by Neptune and Flamant, to stylish outdoor living with Weber, Traeger, Solo Stove and YETI, along with trusted kitchen and dining names like Denby and Joseph Joseph, we carefully curate everything with quality, function and style in mind.
We’re now home to a 70-strong team of passionate specialists, each committed to providing exceptional service, expert advice, and a warm, welcoming experience.
