The Opportunity
The Omnichannel Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for overseeing all Ship from Store (SFS) operations while supporting key back-of-house functions including inventory counts, warehouse organization, and warranty processing. This role ensures Ship from Store orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, while maintaining inventory integrity and operational efficiency within the store. This position plays a critical role in delivering a seamless omnichannel customer experience and acts as a subject matter expert for fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day execution of Ship from Store orders, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
- Ensure all online orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and meet SLA guidelines.
- Identify and resolve order issues (inventory discrepancies, damages, carrier issues, system errors).
- Complete and document weekly cycle counts of Ship from Store supplies.
- Follow all workplace health and safety standards.
- Ensure safe handling of inventory, equipment, and shipping materials.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support inventory counts (cycle counts, full counts) and support management team with variances investigations when needed.
- Help maintain organization and accuracy of warehouse areas.
- Help defective or warranty items are tracked, stored, and processed correctly when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Company
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail operations, fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory experience
- Experience with Ship From Store, BOPIS (buy online, pick up in store), or omnichannel fulfillment is a strong asset.
- Comfortable working in back-of-house environments and handling physical tasks (lifting, standing, walking).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, POS, or order management systems preferred.
Additional Information

Starting Range: $18.85 to $21.00/an hour

This is a full-time opportunity with varying hours and overtime as required - the successful candidate must be available for shifts during days, evenings, and weekends.

This position requires team members to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 50 pounds) throughout the store.

This position reports to the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager

Steel toe, green patch work boots are required.
