About the role
CGI is seeking a skilled Informatica C360 Developer with hands-on experience developing and deploying Informatica Customer 360 (C360) SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data management, architecture, and business teams to design, implement, and optimize customer data strategies, including onboarding, data flow, quality management, and system integrations. This position is hybrid, requiring 2 days a week in any CGI Atlantic location: Halifax, NS, Moncton or Fredericton, NB, Stratford, PE, or St. John's, NL.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- C360 Development: Develop and configure Informatica Customer 360 (C360) SaaS components, including match and merge models, survivorship rules, and hierarchy models.
- Data Strategy & Migration: Design and implement data flow strategies for migrating legacy customer data systems to C360, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration.
- Customer Data Modeling: Define and maintain customer data models, ensuring unique customer identification using a Global Customer ID as the system of record.
- Data Quality & Governance: Configure data quality rules and DaaS (Data-as-a-Service) rule associations to validate and enrich address, email, and phone data in both batch and real-time.
- Integration Design: Design and develop real-time, near real-time, and batch data flows using Informatica CDI (Cloud Data Integration) and CAI (Cloud Application Integration).
- Workflow Automation: Develop automated workflows in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) to support end-to-end business processes.
- Collaboration: Partner with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to align data integration strategies with business objectives.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

2+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica C360 SaaS

Strong understanding of customer data integration, data modeling, and data quality frameworks

Proficiency in developing CDI and CAI-based data flows
-
Experience with Cloud Application Integration workflows

Strong knowledge of data enrichment, validation, and quality rule configuration using DaaS

Understanding of enterprise data governance and MDM best practices
-
Experience in migrating legacy applications to cloud-based MDM solutions an asset

Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration best practices preferred

Informatica certifications in C360/CDI/CAI are preferred

Experience working in Agile environments
