About the role

About The Role

As a CBRE Program Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative and logistical support to the program team. This includes project documentation preparation, scheduling meetings and

communication, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and assisting with financial reconciliation.

This role is part of the Program Management function. The team is responsible for the management of programs from initiation through completion.

What You'll Do

Process documentation for program commitments. Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding programs amongst teams and

stakeholders.

Assist with contract administration. This includes attending meetings, preparing

correspondence, and tracking deliverables.

Enter program information and data into program management technology tools. Track program milestones, budgets, and resources. Prepare and distribute regular program

status reports.

Assist with program financial administration and reconciliation. Assist the program closeout process including turnover documentation and financial

reconciliation.

Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to

exercise discretion.

Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and

guidance.

Client Specific - Scope of Services

Preparing platform-based reporting on program / project status, design status, requirements gathering / meeting minutes. Platform level executive reporting. Document and maintain business unit requirements, coordinate change requests with service providers Book project level meetings with internal stakeholders and take minutes where required Set up project level document repositories and ensure all stakeholders have appropriate access Attend all move management meetings, support with development of MMF (Move Management Form) with the Business Unit's move champions Reporting material on monthly ESG as well as weekly / bi-weekly steerco Coordinate creation and changes of Outlook meeting rooms Coordinate AV endpoint inventory forms Support Business Unit in bulk requests for access cards Support high-level status reporting to Business Units Track project-level client action items

What You'll Need

High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

The salary range being offered for the Program Coordinator is between $70,000 annually and $80,000 annually.
