About the role
- Handle receiving, warehousing, and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Accurately label, store, and organize merchandise according to company standards.
- Receive and check the receipt of the purchased orders and invoices.
- Communicate with drivers, and the department managers.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment safely.
- Break down pallets and sort merchandise according to department or product category.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Support with other store operations as needed.
- Requires operating and using equipment such as knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Report all safety risks or issues, and illegal activity, including robbery, theft, or fraud.
- Other duties as required.
