WHAT’S THE TEAM LIKE
We’re the creative engine behind Calgary Airports’ brand, storytelling, and visual identity. From digital campaigns to in-terminal experiences, we bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. Our work helps shape how the world sees us—and how our people feel about being part of the journey.
WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the design and production of creative assets across digital, print, and social platforms, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
- Champion the rollout of our refreshed brand identity across all internal and external channels.
- Establish and maintain Calgary Airports’ digital asset library (DAM), including metadata, version control, and licensing.
- Develop and maintain branded templates, signage, and collateral that are functional, accessible, and on-brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact creative solutions.
- Provide design support for advertising, presentations, events, and internal communications.
- Oversee large-scale print installations and ensure quality control from concept to delivery.
- Support web design efforts to ensure alignment with brand standards and user experience best practices.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING
- You’ll need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC, don’t worry – we’ll help you through this! For more details, check out:(RAIC Program and Application Information)
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in brand and visual design, producing creative assets across digital, print, and social platforms
- A post-secondary diploma or in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with demonstrated ability to prepare print-ready files for large-scale installations and execute brand-aligned visual content
- Proven experience managing a digital asset library (DAM), including asset lifecycle, metadata tagging, version control, and permissions
WHAT ADDITIONAL SKILLS ARE AN ASSET
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience with motion graphics and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Skilled photography for use in digital and print assets
