JOB OPPORTUNITY – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, CORPORATE FINANCE

Description

Peters & Co. is currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Corporate Finance support team.

The successful candidate will serve as Executive Assistant to senior leaders, including the President, CEO and several Partners in the Corporate Finance department. This role will provide support to the Corporate Finance group, primarily regarding client matters, and will attend to administrative and office duties. The candidate will manage detailed schedules, arrange travel requirements, handle incoming telephone calls, and coordinate executive input for events. Other responsibilities include project support, preparing and editing documents, maintaining various contact databases (CRM), and assisting with hiring processes.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be personable, well presented, professional, organized, flexible, and possess the following:

  • Graduate of post-secondary education
  • 5+ years in an administrative role supporting senior executives (preferred)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently, and follow instruction
  • Take initiative and be proactive in support
  • Collaborative approach when working with colleagues
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks with multiple demands and deadlines
  • Positive mindset toward receiving feedback
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong ability to focus on repetitive tasks
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy
  • Discretion in handling highly confidential information
