About the role
As part of the Provider Solutions Product Management team at Resmed, you will focus on reimagining the order intake and therapy setup experience for providers. In this role, you will lead discovery, design, and product definition for critical workflows that span from patient referral through successful therapy onboarding.
This position is highly collaborative. You will partner with interoperability product management teams, customers, and third parties to deeply understand pain points and design solutions that simplify order management while improving provider efficiency and patient setup experiences. You will bring strong collaboration, design thinking, and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions that advance ResMed’s mission of transforming patient care at scale.
Let’s Talk About Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery and Solution Design: Own the problem space for order intake and management workflows by conducting deep discovery, identifying gaps, and working with an XFT to design cohesive solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with engineering, design, clinical, customer insights, product, and commercial teams to gather input, validate ideas, and ensure alignment across functions as the solution evolves.
- Influence Roadmap and Implementation Strategy: Drive the product roadmap by connecting strategic goals to tactical execution. Ensure the solution is grounded in real-world workflows, scales across customer types, and ties seamlessly into downstream processes like setup and care management - while clearly articulating how success will be measured.
Let’s Talk About Qualifications And Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare, digital health, or Healthcare SaaS companies.
- Experience with integrating workflows within fragmented application space in digital health world.
- Experience working with DMEs and other is Plus
