Votre impact
- Diriger l’exécution de bout en bout de projets, depuis la planification et la programmation jusqu'à la clôture.
- Gérer les budgets, les ressources et les sous-traitants pour assurer la réussite des projets.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes et les clients pour faire respecter les normes de sécurité et de qualité.
- Favoriser la satisfaction des clients grâce à une communication proactive et à la résolution des problèmes.
- Soutenir les stratégies d’approvisionnement, de négociation des contrats et d’atténuation des risques.
Votre expérience
- Baccalauréat en génie, en administration des affaires ou en gestion de la construction.
- Plus de 8 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le domaine des projets de sous-stations clés en main.
- La certification PMP® est un atout.
- Solides compétences en matière de leadership, de négociation et de finance.
- Détention d’une autorisation pour travailler au Canada.

The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex Power Systems projects across Canada. If you’re passionate about delivering high-impact infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget—this is your opportunity to make a difference.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning and scheduling to close-out.
- Manage budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Support procurement, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Your background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Construction Management.
- 8+ years of project management experience, ideally in turnkey substation projects.
- PMP® certification is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
