Salesforce BA
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, current (as-is) and future state processes, and pain points
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering/refinement sessions with Product Owners, architects, and tech leads
Identify and propose Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions and recommend custom solutions in collaboration with technical and UX teams
Prepare and present solution approaches to Program Salesforce design authority for review and approval
Perform POC and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes, configurations, and data
Create functional artifacts including refined epics, user stories, and functional documentation in Confluence
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions
Support QA by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, and reviewing test cases
Assist in defect triage and resolution
Required Skills
Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards
Experience as a Functional Lead in Salesforce
Experience in the financial industry
Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise-scale, highly regulated environments
Strong understanding of banking workflows, customer lifecycle, product lifecycle, and financial compliance
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes
Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
