About the role

Key Accountability

  • Cash, cheque, credit card, and debit card handling

  • Show a high sense of confidentiality & discretion in all interactions

  • Verify the accuracy of transactions and complete daily revenue audits

  • Perform Guest Services duties during the overnight shift including check-ins and check-outs, answering and transferring phone calls, and responding to guest requests.

  • Post transactions, perform end-of-day procedures, compile and run statistical reports, preparing breakfast.

  • Able to execute all Fire and Emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and task-oriented
  • Shift work required
