About the role
Key Accountability
-
Cash, cheque, credit card, and debit card handling
-
Show a high sense of confidentiality & discretion in all interactions
-
Verify the accuracy of transactions and complete daily revenue audits
-
Perform Guest Services duties during the overnight shift including check-ins and check-outs, answering and transferring phone calls, and responding to guest requests.

Post transactions, perform end-of-day procedures, compile and run statistical reports, preparing breakfast.

Able to execute all Fire and Emergency procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to build relationships.
- Detail-oriented and task-oriented
- Shift work required

- North Vancouver, BC V7P 3B6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
