Administrative Support (Casual) Opportunity:
The Administrative Support position plays a vital role within the team providing clinical service for Vantage Community Services. This casual position is required for 6 hours per week on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 4pm to 7pm.
Who you are:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in customer service
- Willingness to constantly learn and evolve
- Organized; with a strong focus on accurate, consistent record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality
- Team player who is flexible and adaptive to change
- Creative problem solver
Duties and responsibilities:
- Operation of the reception/switchboard
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and submission of insurance claims
- Organizing and maintaining digital files, including creating and updating multiple databases as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with the Jane application and ShareVision an asset
- Capable of adapting to new software and technologies
- Clear (IRC) Intervention Record Check and (PIC) Police Information Check required
