Compensation: $90,000 CAD
Provide support in the development of the compensation processes and policies that are competitive, sustainable and aligned with the organization’s goals while encompassing a wide variety of local specificities.
Apporter un soutien dans l'élaboration de processus et de politiques de rémunération qui soient compétitifs, durables et alignés sur les objectifs de l'organisation, tout en tenant compte d'une grande variété de spécificités locales.
Support the rest of the team members regarding annual bonus, commissions, merit/salary adjustment process, market surveys, job evaluations/descriptions, job hierarchies within the Americas scope.
Prepares reports for management as needed.
Provides support in the development, implementation and maintenance of compensation programs collaborating with Stakeholders to address the needs of the organization
Support in the annual merit increase process, coordinating where necessary budget accruals, approvals, the development and deployment of merit guidelines with a focus on continuous improvement and streamlining of processes in close coordination with HRBP teams and BSC
Support in the annual incentive payouts across all entities, coordinating closely with HRBP teams and BSC
Support and advise FLSA analysis and compliance.
Support on survey participation

Apporter son soutien au processus annuel d'augmentation au mérite, en coordonnant si nécessaire les provisions budgétaires, les approbations, l'élaboration et le déploiement des directives en matière de mérite, en mettant l'accent sur l'amélioration continue et la rationalisation des processus, en étroite coordination avec les équipes HRBP et BSC.
Apporter son soutien au versement des primes annuelles dans toutes les entités, en coordination étroite avec les équipes HRBP et BSC.
Apporter son soutien et ses conseils en matière d'analyse et de conformité à la FLSA.
Apporter son soutien à la participation aux enquêtes.

University degree in HR/Business
Human Resources knowledge
2 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analytical skills
Excel level - advanced knowledge
