The Opportunity:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant in our Accounting & Finance Practice, you will manage a full 360° desk and play a key role in expanding Robertson’s presence across the Finance ecosystem.
You will:

Build, manage, and grow a profitable recruitment desk across Accounting, Finance, FP&A, Audit, Risk, Treasury, and related functions

Drive new business development and expand existing client relationships
-
Lead full-cycle recruitment delivery including sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and placement
-
Advise clients on market trends, compensation insights, and hiring strategies
-
Utilize advanced AI sourcing tools, CRM optimization, and market intelligence platforms to increase efficiency and reach
-
Deliver recruitment across contingent, contract, executive search, and retained engagement models
This role is ideal for an individual who is motivated, entrepreneurial, and committed to building long-term client partnerships. The title and salary will be adjusted based on the candidate's skills and experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial instincts, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in recruitment or sales.
You Bring:
-3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Accounting & Finance rolesORstrong B2B sales experience with measurable success in a KPI-driven environment

Demonstrated ability to build strong client partnerships and manage full-cycle recruitment

Strong negotiation skills and a relationship-first approach to sales
