Our scope ranges from recommending how to use content more effectively to optimizing daily media channel performance and maximizing visibility in eCommerce platforms. We’re looking for a Buying Manager who can bring together data, relationships, and market insight to make smart media buying decisions. You’ll play a key role in delivering strong outcomes for clients—making sure we’re investing in the right channels, partners, and opportunities. Plan, negotiate, and execute media buys across platforms (digital, programmatic, retail media, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners, vendors, and partners Use data and performance insights to guide investment decisions and optimize campaigns Work closely with strategy, planning, and client teams to bring campaigns to life Negotiate rates, added value, and placements to maximize ROI Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments as needed Stay on top of media trends, new platforms, and emerging opportunities What You Bring Experience in media buying, planning, or a related role Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with vendors and partners A data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable using insights to make decisions Solid understanding of the media landscape (especially digital and programmatic) Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once A collaborative approach and strong communication skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4–7+ years of experience in media buying, media planning, or agency environment Experience working with media platforms (e.g., DSPs, Google, Meta, retail media networks) Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering strong campaign performance Comfortable analyzing campaign data and turning it into actionable insights Experience negotiating with media partners and managing vendor relationships Additional information Vacancy: Is this posting for the purposes of filling an existing vacancy [Y/N] The salary range for this position is $80k-$87k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
