About the role

The role

Our Production team is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior Producer to a lead large-scale, live game project from vision to execution. You’ll guide a multidisciplinary team through every stage of development; from the ramp-up out of pre-production, through milestone planning, to shipping high-quality player experiences.

This role is at the heart of a long-running live game with a deeply engaged community. You’ll help shape the evolution of the game, ensuring that the end-product manages to hit player & internal expectations while achieving established business objectives. You’ll also be a key partner in managing budgets, outsourcing strategies, and long-term planning.

In this role you will :

  • Drive the vision & roadmap: Partner with the Head of Production, Senior Producer, Directors of expertise and Team Leads to ensure alignment on creative, gameplay, artistic and technical goals.
  • Set the team up for success: Build and organize a medium-sized development team.
  • Plan strategically: Define milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution to maximize the team’s efficiency from production through delivery.
  • Plan & manage resources : Oversee budgets in staffing and in outsourcing, aligning scope with production realities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various cross-functional teams and external studios to develop innovative and appealing gaming experiences.

What we're looking for :

  • Deep understanding of live game operations and player expectations for evolving long-term content.
  • Proven track record of shipping titles and navigating multiple full development cycles.
  • Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams and collaborating closely with directors.
  • Strong financial and operationalskills, includingbudgeting, staffing, and outsourcing.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a track record of mentoring teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience developing processes and procedures for gaming production.

Nice to Have:

  • Bilingual in French/English is a strong asset
  • Experience with Unreal engine
