About the role

As a Corporate Customer Service Representative will work across all brands and affiliated programs to provides exceptional customer service to retail customers. This position receives a diverse set of calls and requires the ability to quickly adapt in a fast pace and ever changing environment

Most Call Topics Fall Within Three Categories

  • Triangle Rewards program
  • After sales product support & warranties
  • Store experiences & company policies

Triangle Rewards Program Assisting customers getting points, promotions are not applied, merging loyalty accounts, etc.

After Sales Product Support & Warranties Helping customers use the products they purchased by providing instructions or troubleshooting. Discussing warranties

Store Experiences & Company Policies Complaints, price matching, corporate responsibility inquiries, etc.

Must Haves

  • Demonstrated passion for driving an exceptional customer experience
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience in retail, fast food, hotel & Hospitability industry, etc.
  • Demonstrated active listening, professional verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated aptitude with multiple systems and ability to support with basic browser-based functions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice To Have (Not Required)

  • Previous call centre experience

Hours 8 am – 9 pm Monday to Friday

9 am – 5 pm Saturday and Sunday

  • Shifts are created three weeks out based on business requirements
  • Candidates must be fully available upon hire during department hours of operation
  • Eligible for Annual Shift Bidding

Training

  • Virtual and In Person available
  • Minimum of 3 weeks of training – modular

  • 2 weeks in class and 1 week one the job training
  • Ongoing coaching

This is a contract position that will go from September 2025 until the end of January 2026
