About the Role: We have a current opening for a Revenue Manager (Maternity Leave Contract) and are actively reviewing applications.
Responsible for maximizing Ferrero Canada profit, by optimizing pricing, promotions, mix and trade spend. Drives continuous improvement of Revenue Management capabilities and systems.
Outcome: Work will result in increased company profitability, improved capabilities through systems and processes, and compliance with Ferrero Group policies.
This role works cross functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Marketing, and the Ferrero Canada Leadership Team.
Main Responsibilities: PRICING OPTIMIZATION
- Lead Ferrero Canada pricing strategy development and implementation, including price increases.
- Oversee the measurement of the Profit Pool and define Revenue Management actions plan to drive it as per company’s objectives
- Oversee the definition and execution of the price strategy per channel according to Ferrero Global and Area Guidelines
TRADE TERMS & PROMO MANAGEMENT
- Oversee trade terms and promo management activities ensuring alignment with local and global strategies
PRODUCT MIX OPTIMIZATION
- Drive product portfolio profit by providing portfolio recommendations.
- Provide recommendation to improve the Channel Mix
- Shape Customer Portfolio strategy to drive customer mix improvement in terms of Gross Margin and profit pool
- Lead trade strategies for new product development
CUSTOMER PLANNING
- Partner with Sales on Customer Planning focusing on promo planning, overall portfolio strategy, budget, tracking
Commercial Capabilities
- Ensure Trade Spend Management and Commercial Processes compliance with the Ferrero Global policies.
- Contribute to commercial capabilities development, acting as local focal point for Trade Management (SAP TM, SAP ATMA and Customer Profitability tools)
- Ensure the adoption of commercial processes, systems and reporting
- Actively participate in the Revenue & Trade Management community meetings
HUMAN RESOURCES / TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Is accountable for managing people assigned, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development and empowerment
- Recruits, manages, motivates, coaches and develops own team
- Guarantees Human Resources professional development, evaluating people and proposing development initiatives
About You:
- 4 – 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Knowledge of Sales management procedures and processes
- Knowledge of Financial management concepts and principles as they apply to Sales and Marketing
- Knowledge of Customer Business Team procedures and processes as they pertain to volume and customer investment planning
- Knowledge of Ferrero group standards, processes, tools and systems, and Sales function priorities
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Word
- Advanced knowledge of SAP applications – SAP ECC, SAP TPM, SAP TCM, SAP BI
- Strong Knowledge of industry best practices

The base salary range for this position is $92,656.00 - 123,542.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
