About the Role
The Coordinator, Alumni Relations Liaison, serves as a key connector by supporting a coordinated and impactful approach to alumni engagement across the university. This role provides will be involved in alumni programs, events, communications, and other initiatives, in addition to helping units align with institutional strategies, branding, and best practices for alumni engagement. Working collaboratively, the Coordinator supports alumni-facing events and communications, facilitates the flow of information and insights between teams, and helps track and record engagement data and outcomes.
This position is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-oriented professional who enjoys working across teams, supporting meaningful alumni connections, and strengthening collaboration. Knowledge or experience navigating complex institutions such as universities or other post-secondary institutions will be an asset.
