You’ll focus your time on coaching your team, refining outreach strategies, and figuring out the best ways to connect with potential clients. Most of your day will be spent hands-on with a team of Business Development Representatives. They’ll look to you for tips on outreach, objection handling, and turning prospects into qualified leads, while you keep an eye on their performance metrics and pipeline forecasts. At the same time, you’ll work cross-functionally to align messaging and strategies, streamline processes, adopt and scale tools, hire, onboard, and keep your team motivated and engaged.

Skilled in CRM systems and sales tools for reporting, workflows, and campaigns
