As a Manager, you'll play a key role in building the team, shaping the office culture, and delivering top-tier service to clients across a range of industries. What You'll Do Responsibilities As a Manager, you'll oversee assurance and tax engagements, guide junior team members, and act as a key point of contact for clients. You'll be responsible for:
- Leading audit, review, compilation, and tax engagements from planning through completion
- Reviewing working paper files, financial statements, and tax returns (T1, T2, T3, T4, T5)
- Mentoring and supervising staff, providing on-the-job training and formal feedback
- Managing client relationships and ensuring timely communication and proactive service

What You Bring
- CPA designation (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Canadian CPA firm, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of ASPE, assurance standards, and personal and corporate taxation
- Experience managing client relationships and engagements from start to finish
- Proficiency in Caseware, CanTax, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A team-first attitude and a genuine interest in mentoring others
