Retail Sales Associate ? JoJo?s Emporium

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team! The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience by greeting customers, answering questions, providing product knowledge, suggesting items, and assisting customers with their purchases.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service
• Assisting customers with product selection and recommendations
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor
• Assisting with merchandising and displays
• Processing transactions accurately through the cash register/POS system
• Handling cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Assisting with inventory organization and general store upkeep
• Addressing customer concerns professionally and positively

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail experience is highly recommended
• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a huge plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who brings professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm while helping create an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
