Your new department

Your new role
Fixed-term contract from August 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028.
As Senior Controller Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining “house‑in‑order” finance operations across financial reporting, internal controls, and treasury, while continuously identifying opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
Key focus areas include:

Month‑end and year‑end close
-
Financial and statutory reporting under IFRS
-
Sarbox and internal control framework oversight
-
Treasury and cash flow forecasting
-
Cross‑functional and HQ stakeholder engagement
-
Process improvement and digitalization initiatives
Required experience
-
Strong hands‑on accounting and controllership experience.
-
Proven ownership of month‑end close, financial reporting, and IFRS.
-
Solid understanding of internal controls and audit environments.
-
CPA or equivalent accounting designation.
-
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
-
Experience in Sarbox or highly regulated environments.
-
SAP experience.
-
Exposure to treasury activities.
-
Experience in pharma or other regulated industries.

Interest in digitalization, automation, or process improvement.

Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from $136,310 - $186,310. The placement in the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on your skills, competencies, and knowledge, and how your relevant experience matches the position requirements.
Incentives: Based on the role’s level and other factors, the salary package may include short-term (STI) and/or long-term (LTI) incentives.
Benefits: The eligibility for specific benefits may vary based on the job and location.
