We are looking for a permanent full-time dental Administrator/Treatment Co-ordinator which includes working some evenings and some Saturdays. The successful candidate is dedicated, reliable, a team player, and has a positive and cheerful disposition.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a minimum of ONE YEAR dental administration experience, able to work within a fast paced environment. Only candidates with a minimum of one year dental administrative experience will be considered. This is a multi-disciplinary practice. Candidates must have strong communication and organizational skills, and excellent command of the English language both verbal and written. Committed to providing exceptional customer service, demonstrates both independent and collaborative work capabilities. A muti-tasker, has strong telephone etiquette, executes day to day administrative responsibilities with attention to detail, and with a results oriented attitude. Dentrix knowledge is an asset but not not required.
