What You'll Do:
As anInside Sales Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients and support outside sales efforts. You will:

Providehigh levels of customer satisfactionthrough responsive, consultative service.

Assist outside sales representatives in fulfilling customer requests across Atlantic Canada.

Analyze and selecttechnical productsto meet customer requirements.
-
Source specialized equipment and negotiate with vendors or manufacturers when necessary.

Thrive in afast-paced sales cycle, understanding customer needs and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate account managers.

Close sales and achievequarterly quotas, maintaining accountability for results.

Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in life safety solutions.

Maintain and expand your database of prospects and accounts within your assigned territory.

Ensurehigh levels of internal and external customer serviceat all times.

What You Bring:

3+ years of B2B inside sales or account management experience (industrial, municipal, construction, or technical solution-based sales preferred)

Proven ability tomaintain and grow existing accounts

Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand customer operations

Experience managing a CRM, sales pipeline, and account database
-
Self-motivated, collaborative, and client-focused

Comfortable working in afast-paced, target-driven environment

Interest in fire protection equipment, life safety technologies, and regulatory standards
