About the role
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow safety procedures to ensure accident-free operations
- Perform duties such as tap, riveting, shakeout, bead blaster, sheet roller, grain, drill, gap press, pem, diacro, plunge, shear, lathe, mill and burnish
- Use proper material as per MRP or per special instructions from Supervisor or Scheduler
- Keep work area and equipment tidy and clean
- Work efficiently to meet or exceed standard cycle times
- Ensure the part is correct to the best of your ability before handing over to QC for approval
Employment Details:
- Starting Wage: Dependent on experience
- Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm (40 Hours per week).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
- You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained
- Ability to follow English written and spoken directions
- Benefits after probationary period
- Performance & wage reviews given at 3, 6 and 12 months.
