This role is essential for supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform physical tasks in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow safety procedures to ensure accident-free operations
• Perform duties such as tap, riveting, shakeout, bead blaster, sheet roller, grain, drill, gap press, pem, diacro, plunge, shear, lathe, mill and burnish
• Use proper material as per MRP or per special instructions from Supervisor or Scheduler
• Keep work area and equipment tidy and clean
• Work efficiently to meet or exceed standard cycle times
• Ensure the part is correct to the best of your ability before handing over to QC for approval

Employment Details:

• Starting Wage: Dependent on experience
• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm (40 Hours per week).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively.
• You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained
• Ability to follow English written and spoken directions
