Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work on the National Accounts sales team as a Continuous Improvement Coordinator. Applicants will have demonstrated a history of being self-directed with an ability to prioritize projects and activities.
What You Will Do
- Standardize work instruction using Scribe
- Manage central document management site
- Collaborating with various departments to identify policy and work instruction requiring update.
- Recognizing opportunities, implementing changes, and sustaining improvements.
- Assisting with the identification and tracking of projects and facility improvements by gathering ideas and concerns from all levels of the organization and use the data to identify opportunities
- Identification of barriers/resistance and then push up to management to ensure that the facility continues to build the CI culture
What You Will Bring
- Must be currently enrolled in a post secondary co-op program.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Be proactive and conscientious with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work with little supervision, flexible in terms of hours/responsibilities as work requires, and able to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines
- Exceptional coordination and time management skills and be able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously
