About the role

Being responsible for corporate communications at our company means leveraging your strategic mindset and exceptional creativity.

As the Corporate Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the vision, positioning, and consistency of all communications for the Innovair Solutions group. You will manage a communications advisor and work closely with senior leadership, as well as the marketing and HR teams, to ensure communications are coherent, engaging, and aligned with business strategies, the company’s mission, and values.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Defining and implementing the corporate brand strategy for Innovair Solutions, its application across group companies, and alignment with commercial brands.
  • Ensuring positioning and communications with external stakeholders to support the company’s commitments and defend its strategic positions, particularly regarding the energy transition.
  • Overseeing the corporate website and the group’s communication tools.
  • Writing or coordinating the writing of speeches and institutional messages.
  • Developing and maintaining the crisis management plan and communication protocols.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the employer brand strategy in collaboration with the HR team and external partners.
  • Planning and coordinating internal communications to foster employee engagement.
  • Supervising internal and external mass mailings.
  • Defining and implementing the corporate citizenship brand strategy.
  • Developing and updating the company’s product training program.
  • Managing the donations and sponsorships program and maximizing its internal and external impact.

You’re the person we’re looking for if you have:

  • A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, including brand management and internal communications.
  • A university degree in communications, writing, multimedia, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written, to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborative leadership and team management experience.
  • The ability to work with multidisciplinary and multi-site teams.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Mailchimp, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, or others.
