About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator role is in the organization to support the talent discipline in specific human resources projects and tasks related to people analytics.

Core expectation of this role is to assist the human resources team in day-to-day tasks and learn more about the team function.

Career Development is typically provided by the Director Human Resources but can be modified to suit an account and/or office location.

Nature of this role of role is that of a ‘learner’ and ‘contributor’.

You Will

  • HR Filing system

  • Setup the HR filing system to ensure easy update, accuracy and quick retrieval

  • Process Improvements

  • Build basic, on-brand presentations in keynote relative to compliance or process improvement initiatives

  • Setup management standards and ensure compliance for all stakeholders

  • Administrative

  • Maintain employee calendar for talent team meetings

  • Maintain people data in HRIS & Physical storage

  • Coordinate onboarding documentation: issuance and maintance of Promotion and increases, Offers, SOX and Addendum

You Have

  • Experience should include employee relations, classification and compensation, job analysis, retention, organizational and talent development, development of and application of policies and procedures, employee engagement, investigations and organizational strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively.
  • Administrative and organizational skills, a basic knowledge of employment laws, aptitude for balancing multiple requests and tasks with strong organizational and time management skills
