Key Accountability/Responsibilities:

• Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the client’s

deadline;

• Maintenance and organisation of the back warehouse section;
• Working with ensure customer satisfaction;
• Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas for the preparation of bottle orders and

cleaning of coolers;

• Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders;
• Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organisation;
• Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

Skills and Knowledge:

• High school diploma;
• Experience in the field is an asset;
• Bilingual (French and English - spoken and written);
• Excellent interpersonal communication, must be organized;
• The candidate must be responsible, independent, dedicated and motivated with a good team spirit;
• Computer knowledge, an asset;
• The candidate must be able to lift loads of 25 lbs. and more, if necessary.
