Your Mission:
Lead with Vision:
- Support the education and development of nursing team members across our clinics, ensuring every clinician is equipped to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Innovate and Elevate:
- Create, update, and manage clinic policies, protocols, and reference materials that reflect best practices and regulatory standards. Bring creativity and clarity to complex medical content.
Analyze and Empower:
- Monitor educational trends, assess needs, and develop resources that drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with Regional Managers and clinical staff to keep our learning materials current and impactful.
Collaborate and Conquer:
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Quality, Operations, and National Learning—to ensure alignment, incorporate feedback, and strengthen our clinical excellence across Canada.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education & Experience:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with provincial licensing body
- Experience developing educational content and providing clinical training
- Strong knowledge of infusion/clinical best practices (experience in acute, ICU, or specialty settings is an asset)
Tech & Tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with YouTube or video management tools for training content
Creative Genius:
- A natural educator with the ability to translate complex medical knowledge into engaging, accessible learning materials
- A problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments
Analytical Acumen:

Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills with attention to accuracy and compliance

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying flexible to shifting priorities
