Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00/yearly

About The Current Open Role

The Marketing Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team by assisting with internal communications, event coordination, administrative tasks, marketing materials, and project organization. This role works closely with the Marketing Coordinator and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with company branding and communication standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing team.

  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and shared team documents.

  • Coordinate meetings, take meeting notes, and track action items.

  • Assist with invoice processing, vendor coordination, and purchase requests.

  • Organize digital marketing assets, files, and templates.

  • Assist in drafting and formatting internal and external communications, including emails, announcements, newsletters, and presentations.

  • Support brand consistency across marketing materials and communications.

  • Help coordinate company-wide communications and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support planning and execution of company events, conferences, town halls, and employee engagement activities.

  • Coordinate event logistics including registrations, catering, travel arrangements, signage, and promotional materials.

  • Assist with preparation and distribution of event materials and welcome packages.

  • Assist with updating website content, promotional materials, and marketing collateral.

  • Coordinate printing requests, branded merchandise orders, and inventory tracking.

  • Support social media scheduling and content organization as needed.

  • Help gather information and assets from internal stakeholders for marketing projects.

  • Assist with basic photo editing and graphic updates using Adobe Photoshop.

  • Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

  • Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, communications, and event documentation.

  • Assist with basic reporting and data entry related to marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of administrative, marketing, or coordination experience.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design platforms is considered an asset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

  • Professional, collaborative, and adaptable approach to work.

  • Event coordination experience (preferred).

  • Familiarity with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (preferred).

  • Strong proofreading and formatting abilities (preferred).

  • Comfortable working independently and within a team environment (preferred).
