We are seeking a Locker Room Attendant to join the facilities team. This position reports to the Locker Room Supervisor.
The role is responsible for servicing the men’s locker room, card room, and lounge. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to service demanding clientele, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Previous hospitality experience is valued, but not necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying maintenance requirements
- Cleaning and tidying the respective areas
- Supply replenishing
- Carpet vacuuming
- Laundry
- Shoe cleaning
- Taking food and beverage orders
- Monitoring patrons for intoxication and arranging taxi service when appropriate
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- Service orientation - comfortable helping customers with high expectations.
- Good communication skills - confident speaking with members, guests and colleagues.
- Problem solver - ability to understand and resolve issues.
- Physical strength - ability to bend, twist and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Age 19+ for serving alcohol.
