Role Description The Director of Product Management is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and leading the product vision and strategy for TITANFIELD’s industrial services offerings. This role oversees the product portfolio, identifies market opportunities in global industrial maintenance and engineering services, and translates client needs into clear service and solution roadmaps. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, prioritizing product initiatives, collaborating with operations, engineering, and sales teams, and ensuring alignment between product strategy and business objectives. The Director will lead and mentor product managers, coordinate cross-functional project execution, monitor performance metrics, and continuously refine offerings to improve customer value and service efficiency. This role also involves stakeholder communication, risk management across key initiatives, and contributing to long-term growth planning. Qualifications Product Strategy and Product Management skills to define vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of industrial service offerings. Analytical Skills to interpret market data, operational metrics, and customer feedback for data-informed decisions. Team Leadership capabilities to guide product teams, foster collaboration, and develop talent in a remote, cross-functional environment. Project Management expertise to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives on time and within scope. Experience in industrial services, engineering, manufacturing, or related sectors, preferably with international projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present product strategies to technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with high levels of ownership, organization, and self-direction. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications in product or project management are beneficial.
