Mascot Team Lead
About the role
The Mascot Team Lead is responsible for working alongside our Mascot Performers as Hasbro characters promoting the Mall’s different attractions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervising meet and greet opportunities with Hasbro character Mascot Performers and guests.
- Acting as an interpreter between the Mascot Performers and guests.
- Acting as the Mascot Performer’s eyes and ears as well as a public relations ambassador.
- Answering questions and providing information to guests regarding character meet and greets.
- Communicating with guests to form and maintain proper lines for character meets.
- Ensuring performer and guest safety at all times.
- Following character training guidelines at all times.
Desired Qualifications
- Applicants must enjoy working with the public, require minimal supervision, and possess the ability to be energetic throughout guest interactions.
- Previous experience entertaining children is a definite asset.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
Terms Of Employment
- This is a part-time position that requires flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
