Eagle Homes is looking for a Home Installation Team Member in beautiful Cranbrook*.*

Job Overview:

Reporting to the crew chief and supervisor. As a Crew Member, you will assist the team and the company in meeting their targets and goals. Assists in delivering modular home sections from our factory to customers sites as well as setting the sections onto foundations. Assuring that each home is set-up in accordance with British Columbia standards and codes.

Responsibilities:

· Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs and able to stay on their feet and on the move for the duration of the shift.

· Hang Drywall, Panelling, wall coverings or applies special finishes.

· Install new wiring, fixtures, and other electrical components.

· Plaster walls

· Utilizes motorized maintenance equipment.

· Must comply with all safety rules.

· May be called upon to run small power tools.

· Work locations are all around BC

· Must be able to work in outdoor weather and/or unregulated temperatures for 8-10 hours / day

· Work is performed in an outdoor setting, which could include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt

Qualification:

· 6 months-1 year of experience in setting up Modular Homes

· mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.)

· Able to work in a team

· Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination

· Valid Driver?s License

· The ability to work within standards of accuracy
