Plan and manage budgets. Develop and implement quality control programs. Develop risk management plans. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Write plans describing project specifications and construction schedules. Prepare operations and project estimates, schedules and reports. Plan development projects. Inspect to ensure that safe working conditions are maintained. Ensure that process steps are carried out according to specifications. Plan and organize construction projects. Determine the objectives and milestones of a new project. Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook.
