RothLochston is currently recruiting a Billing Administrator to join the team in Paradise, NL. This role presents the opportunity to join a central accounting team that supports multiple business units across the organization.

The Billing Administrator is responsible for preparing accurate and timely invoices. This position is essential in providing the project management team with timely, accurate information required for managing change and meeting the client’s reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Completion of invoicing in a timely manner for lump sum and time and material projects.
- Ensures project coding structures for cost control and scheduling requirements are accurate and up to date in the company’s information systems.
- Monthly reconciliation between client system and internal ERP.
- Assists with the compiling of meaningful and accurate historical data for project related analysis.
- Maintaining the company’s information system to ensure budgets are maintained to accurately account for changes in project scope, including reporting of rework, design change, and estimate omissions.
- Ensure TMR’s are created and issued accurately and timely.
- Uploading invoices into client portals as required.
- Ensure approved TMR’s are received in a timely manner so as not to negatively impact the invoicing schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in business with a focus on accounting, combined with 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and strong communication skills are essential. Experience working with an ERP system (JD Edwards) would be an asset.
