Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Duties The role of the Caregiver / PSW is to assist clients with activities of daily living with the goal of supporting client independence and optimal functioning.Your duties may include but not limited to:
- Personal Care Assistance
- Companionship
- Grocery Shopping
- Light Housekeeping & Laundry
- Meal Planning, Preparation, Cooking
- Medication Reminders
- Escorting clients to appointments
- Ambulatory Assistance

- PSWs Graduates
- PSW Students who have completed their placements
- Caregivers with at least 1 year hands on senior care experience
- RN/RPN students who have completed 2 clinical placements
- Internationally-trained nurses who have experience assisting seniors and/or adults with activities of daily living, behaviour support, personal care.
Offering
- $18.40 per hour plus 4% vacation pay
- Online Courses for Professional Development
- PPE provided
- Registered Nurses Support
- Scheduling Coordinator Support - 24/7
- Minimum 3 hours per shift
- Safe Working Environment
