Responsibilities

Work safely following company policies and guidelines. Attend training as required, including occasional after-hours sessions. Learn and become proficient in our internal software. Support our Service Sales team as needed, including maintaining accurate records and updates in internal systems. Preparing a variety of reports as needed for manager/s. Provide Administration support to the Service group. Learn and participate in service functions including Admin, Dispatch/etc. Maintain Service Fleet Logs. Maintain Apprenticeship Logs. Maintain Service Logs for Service Vehicles/Repairs/Acquisitions. Managing commission worksheets for Sales Staff. Setting up/overseeing Internal Projects. Assist General Manager as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Skills

1-4 years of experience in a similar role Post secondary education in Business Administration or a related field.

High level of commitment to customer service

Strong Computer skills Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills Requires a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities Ability to work both individually and in a team environment Be a self-starter with a focus on contributing and succeeding.

Salary: $40k -$67k
