About this Role:
Roy Foss is looking for a detail oriented and dedicated IT Support to join our team. As an IT Support you will support out IT department by providing tier 2 support and handling IT inquiries for all our offices.
What you will do:

Tier 2+ technical support and escalation

Handling onboarding and offboarding execution and improvement
-
Hardware procurement, imaging, and lifecycle tracking

Microsoft 365 and basic Active Directory administration
-
SOP and documentation management
-
Vendor ticket coordination and accountability tracking
-
Participation in IT initiatives and system upgrades
What we require:
-
Bachelors in information technology or similar field
-
2-5 years of IT operations/support experience
-
Skilled in Microsoft 365, Windows OS, endpoint support

Familiarity with AD, networking, and hardware tools
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Process driven and task tracking skills
-
Exposure to VMware, Veeam, IBM iSeries is an asset
