CareRx is looking for a Cash Application Administrator to join our team. As the Cash Application Administrator will work with accounts receivable department to process high volume transactions. The cash application specialist will ideally have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience.

Role Accountabilities:
- Post daily payments including, ACH transfers, online banking, checks to customer accounts.
- Address discrepancies such as payment issues
- Perform weekly general ledger reports.
- Knowledge of cash application
- Ability to multitask.
- Accurate, swift data entry abilities
- 2+ Years working in an accounts receivable department.
- Detail-orientated and high attention to accuracy are a must
- Printing and sorting of high volume of statements
- Return mail administer and track

- 2-3 years working in an accounts receivable department.
- Accounting 2 years experience
- Detail-orientated and high attention to accuracy is a must.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable to change in a high-volume environment.
Location: This is a Full Time role and follows a five-day workweek Monday to Friday
