One (1) Permanent Part-time (0.4 FTE, 14 hours/week) Secondary Secretary**, Wednesdays and Thursdays**
Reports to**:** School Principal
Duties and Responsibilities:
- General office duties and other tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
Assets:
- Knowledge and experience with Student Information System or other information system would be an asset.
- A high aptitude in computer operations and skill in the use of Microsoft Word.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment.
- Applicant must be a willing team player, able to work independently, and be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks.
