Position Summary
The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team to achieve revenue targets, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and streamline support operations. This role is accountable for creating sales processes, optimizing the use of our CRM tool (Salesforce), creating actionable insights from the sales data and overseeing the inside sales team to achieve lead generation targets.

Role Accountabilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise, coach, and mentor the inside sales teams.
- Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute inside sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Ensure sales pipeline consists of qualified lead generations.
- Identify additional sales opportunities amongst existing customer base.
- Organize and facilitate pipeline review meetings with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns.
- Analyze sales metrics and trends to improve sales effectiveness.
Customer Support Oversight
- Ensure timely and effective customer support and issue resolution.
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer service standards and processes.
- Work with product, operations, and sales teams to resolve escalated customer issues.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare and present regular sales/KPI reports, forecasts, and sales performance analysis.
- Coordinate with Finance on stipends, MSTP and sales forecasting.
- Utilize Sales Force and other tools to track sales activity and pipeline development.
Process Improvement

Identify inefficiencies in sales and support workflows and recommend process enhancements.

Champion the use and optimization of Sales Force and support systems for tracking interactions and improving response times.

Ensure that sales policies, regulations and procedures are maintained by sales team.
What You Will Bring to The Team:
- Post secondary education in Business, Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales and/or customer support, with 3+ years in a management role.
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet/exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer support tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise and engaging content for diverse audiences
- Ability to partner with various stakeholders in identifying their needs and suggesting solutions to address those gaps
- Strong presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Location: 320 Bay Street 1-2 days per week
