We are currently seeking anOrder Entry Administratorto join our team on a13-month contractto cover a maternity leave. This role is a key part of our operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting our Applications Engineering team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who isdetail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a collaborative engineering and manufacturing environment.
##What You’ll Do
As an Order Entry Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring customer orders move smoothly through the system and into production.
Key responsibilities include:
- Entering customer orders and change orders intoMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Communicating withinternal teams and customersto obtain required documentation for order processing
- Assisting withdocument coordination for project bids and approval submittals
- Providingorder status updatesto customers
- Supporting theApplications Engineering teamwith administrative tasks
- Acting asbackup for document control, including compiling equipmentOperation & Maintenance (O&M) manualsand technical documentation packages
- Supporting project documentation and administrative workflows
- Performing other related duties as assigned
##What You Bring
-Post-secondary diplomain business administration or a related field -3+ years of experiencein an order entry, administrative, or coordination role
- Experience in amanufacturing, pumps, mixers, or process industry environmentis considered a strong asset
- Strong proficiency withCRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail
- Strongcommunication skillswith the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
