We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Certification Assistant to join our team at our Delta location.

This role primarily supports the Certification Department through administrative coordination, data entry, project tracking, documentation management, and certification-related support activities. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring certification projects, records, invoices, and databases are maintained accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma, certificate, or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field preferred
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, project coordination, or office support roles
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with databases, Salesforce, CRM systems, or project tracking systems is considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Previous experience supporting certification, compliance, or technical teams is considered an asset

If hired, what will you be doing at LabTest?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close certification projects across departments and office locations
  • Maintain and update certification databases, Salesforce records, project trackers, and shared documentation systems
  • Coordinate project documentation and ensure records are complete and properly filed
  • Assist with certification invoicing, coordination and follow-up activities
  • Support scheduling of inspections, reviews, and certification activities
  • Track certification labels, DCN forms, and certification-related records
  • Assist with client inquiries related to certification documentation and records
  • Support the Certification Coordinator and Certification Management team with administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist with reporting, document organization, and general departmental coordination
  • Provide backup administrative support during peak periods or staffing shortages

If hired, what will be the working conditions?

  • Full-time on-site position
  • Standard schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Office and Certification environment

Compensation:

Salary Range: CAD $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
